Arelow Advocacy was founded by Ryan Lowrey, a father of six and a U.S. Army Chinook Flight Engineer with over 13 years of service. Born out of personal experience and years of frustration navigating a flawed child support and custody system, this initiative is about more than policy — it’s about people.
For years, Ryan struggled to stay involved in his children’s lives while being bound by outdated and rigid legal structures. What began as helplessness eventually became purpose. While attending school and studying the system, he realized that the problem isn’t always intentional bias — sometimes, it’s poor design, red tape, and a system that hasn’t evolved.
Arelow Advocacy exists to:
Offer guidance and hope to those who feel alone in the fight
Though this advocacy strongly supports fathers' rights, it also holds that co-parenting should be the standard — regardless of the parents’ personal relationship. A mother’s rights are equally sacred, and single mothers doing their best deserve full respect. Children deserve both parents, and both parents must step up to create safe, supportive homes.
